3. Items for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and the stock update process resulting from order processing. 1. BANK TRANSFER – When selecting this payment method you will receive an email with payment instructions.

MBWAY – When you select this payment method, you will be asked for your phone number and you will receive a request in the MBWAY app. This request in the app is active for a maximum period of 5 minutes. If you are unable to complete the payment within this time limit, you can make a new payment request. Once you approve the payment in the app, the order is paid.
3 DEBIT OR CREDIT (VISA, MASTERCARD) – Pay quickly and securely using your debit or credit card.
4 MULTIBANCO REFERENCE – If you choose this method, you will receive a reference so that you can make the payment within a maximum period of 72 hours. If you do not make the payment within 72 hours of receiving the reference, your order will be automatically cancelled.
2. If there is an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or cancel it.

1. We ship to mainland Portugal and the islands. (Note: We do not ship internationally.)
2. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation of payment. The customer will receive an email informing them that their order has been shipped, along with the tracking code. After shipping, the delivery time depends exclusively on the carrier.
3. Orders that are not paid will be cancelled within 72 hours from the date of the order.

1. Customers have 14 days to exchange or return items, as long as they are in perfect condition, without any signs of use or handling, and with their respective boxes and spatulas.
2. The invoice-receipt must be presented.
3. Promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned.
4. Exchanges will be accepted when made within the legal period and returns will be made within 15 days.
5. Shipping costs, exchanges or returns, are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to defective items.
6. To exchange or return your item, you must send an email to info@spclinic.pt indicating the items you wish to exchange or return and the reason for doing so. You should preferably attach photographs and/or videos of the item.
